What girls' name had you chosen? Is there a similar name for a boy or a masculine form of the name? And don't forget to think about what the the forename and surname will sound like together. My mum knew a child whose surname was Pipe and his parents called him Dwain!!! Shocked

My brother is called Alfie, which I think is a lovely name. I think my favourite boys' name is Kye - I like unusual names, but ones that can be spelt! Personally I'm not sure about the name George, as I think it sounds a bit posh, lol Tongue

Hope you and Rich can soon decide on a name. When's the baby due?

Hi Julie...oooh a boy!..I'm bias cos I have 2 and think they're great! Tongue
George is a good strong name my cousin's a George..mind he got teased alot with "Georgie Porgie"
Have to say they boys' Dad didn't like any of the names I liked for boys..he chose Aaron from a novel he was reading at the time and I got to name Jamie.
I like traditional names not modern ones many of my fav are Scottish or Irish...Campbell,Ross,Finlay,Fergus,Rhuraidh,Cameron,Kelvin and Keirnan.

As Moll says it depends on your surname hunny and what will go well with it my nephew's little boy is Innes it's beautiful it means island..I like meanings..if we had had a girl I liked Sian(Welsh for Jane) but "shan" in Scotland is slang for not good,rubbish,cr*p..but I liked Zoe which means simply "life"

Why not have a look through some names together... http://www.babynames.org.uk/names-dictionary.htm

Names you choose see what they say in numerological terms(just for fun) here

There are some seriously silly names out there.... Caress MacConkie Shocked..a man I know Gary Bald(Garibaldi biscuits) Grin a girl who goes to school with our lad Lee King Grin

Let us know if you do decide on his name...

Have a look on my facebook profile Julie. There is a whole list of names but for a book character.

My own suggestions would be Oliver, Thomas, Liam and Lawrence (but they are all totally wrong for my little character)
